  Medical records lost went to see doctor after chasing up London private clinic for two hours to get my records of my condition I was diagnosed with on national TV . I thought as a courtesy I should take it to doctor to update their systems since my records been locked dodctor didn't reply to my concerns he then looked at me like I had pooped in his cornflakes and said bye come back again when you actually have something wrong with you not impressed with surgery so far. Sick of bad doctors treatment in the uk they are abusive rude make vile comments or force you to go on national tv as they are so arrogant .as they have a PHD. One doctor turned round to me and said I have a PhD and I not heard of that condition so it doesn't exist. they think they know everything even tho guess what I was right and after seeing a specialist privately, I was diagnosed this country's medical care is a sinking ship everyone knows this !

  It has a lot of doctors, and caters to the patient if the patient is willing to speak up and explain their needs. I myself requested to change doctor due to not seeing eye to eye, and the request was immediately accepted and I was assigned a new doctor. However, the surgery is exceedingly slow in sorting things out. If you have only just moved into the area, it takes them a long time to receive notes from your previous GP when they can simply ask for the notes to be faxed through from the previous GP or the medical authority. Also, requesting copies of sick notes to be faxed from the previous GP takes days for some reason?
